We’re seeking a motivated and detail-driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team, supporting end-to-end recruitment for our client’s European Business Centre in Riga.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has experience hiring for Shared Services Centre (SSC) functions – including Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain, and Customer Service roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes – from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with multiple stakeholders

• Partner closely with the RPO Project Manager, Hiring Managers, and HR teams to develop and deliver tailored recruitment strategies

• Draft and post engaging job adverts, proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and direct outreach

• Deliver a positive, inclusive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the clients applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring high data quality

• Track recruitment metrics and support ongoing process improvements

• Represent the client at recruitment events, including job fairs

• Assist with onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth start for new hires

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within a high-volume or RPO setting

• Familiarity with SSC roles and hiring requirements

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus

• Experience using ATS platforms (knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage)

• Able to work in a hybrid or fully on-site capacity in Riga, depending on business needs
